Job Description

. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company hiring policies.

2. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll administration salary structures and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Develop and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance bonuses allowances etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws related to wages and benefits.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Implement policies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting employee goals and KPIs.
  • Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs.
  • Conduct leadership and soft skills training as needed.

5. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in manpower planning and organizational development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
