Dr. Job shall endeavor to make the Dr.Job platform available without any significant interruptions. It is explicitly indicated, however, that unlimited availability is not guaranteed by Dr. Job due to, for example, maintenance work. In particular, Dr. Job is not responsible for downtime due to technical or other problems outside of Dr. Job’s control (e.g. force majeure, third-party culpability, etc.). Depending on the state of technology, errors in programs cannot be ruled out even when great care has been taken.
3.1. Content Responsibility. The Jobseekers bear sole responsibility for the content of a profile, a job advertisement, or communication. All of the Jobseekers’ information must be truthful. Statements made by or actions of Jobseekers are not attributable to Dr. Job, unless Dr. Job actively associates itself with them in a specific case. The Jobseekers are not permitted to upload sexual, pornographic, immoral, politically radical, or otherwise illegal content. In particular, the Jobseekers bear sole legal responsibility for the content the Jobseekers submit. All documents, information, and data submitted must be lawful and free from the rights of third parties (copyrights, ancillary copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, or other rights). Setting up or managing profiles for third parties is prohibited.
3.2. Confidentiality. Each Jobseekers is obliged to confidentially handle any emails and other messages or data from other Jobseekers that the Jobseekers receives in connection with the use of the Dr. Job platform and not to make this accessible to third parties without the consent of the author/creator.
3.3. Data Backup. The Jobseekers shall retain an up-to-date backup copy of all its offers and information placed on the Dr. Job platform (e.g. information sent to third parties via the Dr. Job platform), which can help enable as complete as possible a reconstruction of the database with as little effort as possible in the event of a system outage.
3.4. Intended Use. Any use of the Dr. Job platform for a reason other than the intended purpose is not permitted. In particular, collecting or saving data from the database, as well as using data in full, in part or extracts thereof online, for the commercial exploitation of addresses or as a basis or aid for compiling or adding to participant, address or other directories, or reading the databases online for the aforementioned purposes or for other commercial purposes is prohibited.
3.5. Restriction. The Jobseekers are not permitted to use mechanisms, software, or scripts in connection with the use of the Dr. Job platform, as well as blocking, overwriting, modification, copying, especially copying through the use of robot/crawler search engine technologies. The Jobseekers may, however, use the interfaces or software that is provided to the Jobseekers as part of the Dr. Job platform. The Jobseekers shall refrain from any action that is likely to negatively impact the functionality of the Dr. Job infrastructure, especially by overloading such infrastructure.
4.1. Policy on Content and User Actions: Dr. Job is dedicated to ensuring our career search portal is safe and user-friendly for employers and jobseekers. At its discretion, Dr. Job may delete job postings, employer and jobseeker accounts if they are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or sensitive in nature or attempt to solicit funds from jobseekers.
4.2. Enforcement Measures and User Responsibility: In cases of user violation of statutory regulations, third-party rights, these General Terms and Conditions (e.g., by entering incorrect contact details, incorrect information about qualifications or in the case of harm to other participants) or other justified interests of Dr. Job (hereinafter: “Suspected Abuse”), Dr. Job reserves the right to take action against this member (e.g., advance warning, deletion of content, restriction or blocking of the user, termination). When choosing what action will be taken, Dr. Job takes into account the operational needs of the Dr. Job platform, Dr. Job’s liability risks as well as the legitimate interests of any claimants and the User (e.g., culpability, significance of the duty violation, risks, statement by the User). To this extent, Dr. Job may verify the content of any text as well as each image entered and amend or delete it if necessary and where required. Dr. Job reserves the right to take further action. These measures do not affect Dr. Job’s statutory rights. Where required and reasonable, Dr. Job shall grant the User a suitable timeframe for filing a statement and shall inform the User of the measures that will be taken.
4.3. Age Requirement for Users: All registered users of Dr. Job must be 18 years and over or the account will be automatically deleted. Minors under the age of 18 shall not register as a user or interact with the Dr. Job website. Dr. Job is dedicated to ensuring our career search portal is safe and user-friendly for employers and jobseekers. At its discretion Dr. Job may delete job postings, employer and jobseeker accounts if they are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, and sensitive in nature or attempt to solicit funds from jobseekers.
6.1. Contract Conclusion for Free Basic Membership: The contract for a free basic membership is concluded upon the Candidate successfully registering with Dr. Job.
6.2. Free-of-Charge Profile Opening and Amendment: Opening and amending the profile is also free of charge. The Candidate may, free-of-charge, receive an unlimited number of contact requests from others responding to the Candidate’s profile and have restricted use of the Dr. Job platform.
6.3. Acquisition of Premium Membership: After registering for a customer account, the information can be corrected under “My Account” under “Login Details” and “Payment Data”. During the process of obtaining a Premium Membership, input errors can be corrected by pressing the “forward and back buttons” in the web browser and then by entering correct information in the relevant fields.
6.4. Add On Services: We offer job seekers a range of Add-On Services available to both basic and premium subscribers for a one-time, non-refundable fee. Job Seekers may choose from various add-on services such as CV writing, Cover Letters, LinkedIn Profile recommendations, Reverse Recruiting Services, and more. An order is considered complete once the final career documents and other products purchased as part of the service package, if any, have been delivered.
6.5. Reverse Recruiting Services: If you purchased reverse recruiting services, the package is considered complete if the Company receives notice that the services are no longer needed or once the promised job applications have been submitted on your behalf.
6.6. Confirmation of Contract: Dr. Job confirms the previously concluded contract with the Candidate by sending an automated email. This email will contain the content of the contract again (in particular information about the selected membership, payment methods, total amount, information concerning these General Terms and Conditions and the right of withdrawal) and can be saved and printed using the corresponding functions in your email program or the web browser. The contract text and these General Terms and Conditions are not saved on a customer-specific basis. You can, however, access the most important information about your contract (term, price, information about termination) under “My Account” under “Membership”. The General Terms and Conditions can also be accessed on Dr. Job’s website and printed and saved using the corresponding web browser functions.
8.1. Job Postings: Dr. Job does not guarantee job availabilities as advertised. Employers may delete or fill current postings. Jobseekers should visit the portal daily for up-to-date opportunities.
8.2. Reverse Recruiting: It is impossible to offer a guarantee of interviews or employment with our reverse recruiting services. Each job search is entirely unique, and factors outside of our control can influence the duration and success of a job search. However, we are proud to say that we have an extremely high success rate as About 90% of our clients receive a job offer after using the service for 3 months. We can guarantee that your Reverse Recruiter and Client Strategist are fully committed to your job search and making it a success. Their top priority is to secure interviews for you and help you ace them.
16.1. Service Nature: Dr.Job provides a platform for job seekers to explore job listings and connect with potential employers. Our service involves facilitating access to job opportunities and related resources.
16.2. No Refunds: All purchases made by job seekers on Dr.Job, including premium memberships or other services, are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
16.3. Non-Transferable: Purchases made by job seekers on Dr.Job are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged or transferred to another individual or account.
16.4. Subscription Services: If you subscribe to any premium membership plans or additional services offered by Dr.Job, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before its expiration date.
16.5. Service Availability: Dr.Job endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to our platform and services. However, we do not guarantee the availability of specific job listings or employment opportunities, and we do not offer refunds based on job availability or suitability.
16.6. User Responsibilities: Job seekers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their profile information, including resumes and job preferences. Dr.Job does not offer refunds for errors or inaccuracies in user-submitted content.
16.7. Ad-Ons Services: Refunds issued before work has begun on an order may incur fees for services rendered and processing. Cancellation requests before an order has been assigned to an expert will incur a $150 administrative fee. If the purchase price of the order is less than $150, Customers are not eligible for a refund and the Company will not issue a refund. A refund will not be issued after work has begun on the order. Work begins as soon as an expert is assigned to fulfill the order. Eligible and qualified refunds may incur up to a 50% fee. We encourage Customers to work with us until they are satisfied with their end products.
16.8. Reverse Recruiting Services: This service is non-refundable as it is contingent upon the completion of newly written professional documents.
16.9. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date. If the cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the renewal, the subscription will continue, and the corresponding fee will be applied.
17.1. The Candidate shall not include commercial advertising in the Candidate’s profile that is for the commercial benefit of the Candidate or for that of third parties (e.g., other websites or service telephone numbers).
17.2. Photos that are submitted to Dr. Job for publication in a profile must be up-to-date and allow the relevant User to be identified.
17.3. Candidates make applications freely and are not subject to any advice, influence, or instructions by Dr. Job. In this respect, Dr. Job does not assume any responsibility or liability towards third parties.

You are solely responsible for information posted on our Website, including but not limited to (a) any audio, video or photographic content (collectively, "Multimedia Content"), (b) any posting or listing made in any public message area, through any email feature or through Dr.Job feedback feature (collectively, "">Non-Multimedia Content") and (c) any other content of a personal nature including but not limited to your resume, biography, work history and work product produced for another Registered User including Companies ("Personal Content"). You retain ownership of all Multimedia Content and Personal Content, subject to the licenses granted herein.
14.3.2. You hereby assign to Dr.Job your rights in any Non-Multimedia Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the Multimedia Content and to use such Multimedia Content for the purpose of advertising and publicizing Dr.Job products and services and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable right to use the Personal Content for the purpose of providing Services.
14.3.3. Your information must not: (a) infringe any third party's rights, including intellectual property, publicity or privacy; (b) be defamatory, trade libelous, threatening or harassing; nor (c) be obscene, indecent or contain pornography.
14.3.4. We do not endorse any information posted by Registered Users and are not liable for any such information posted on the Website, including any information posted about you. We reserve the right to take any action, in our sole discretion, with respect to information posted on the Website which we believe is inappropriate, including but not limited to termination of your Account. However, we cannot, nor do we, control the information provided by you or other Registered Users or other content providers which is made available through our system.
15.1. Modification and Waiver: Drjobs.com will not be considered to have modified or waived any of our rights or remedies under these Terms of Service unless the modification or waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dr.Job. No delay or omission by Drjobs.com in exercising its rights or remedies will impair its rights or be construed as a waiver. Any single or partial exercise of a right or remedy will not preclude further exercise of any other right or remedy.
15.2. Severability: If any part of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be given effect to the greatest extent possible, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
15.3. Assignment or Transfer: You will not transfer, assign or delegate your rights or obligations (including your Account) under these Terms of Service to anyone without the express written permission of Drjobs.com, and any attempt to do so will be null and void. Drjobs.com may assign these Terms of Service in its sole discretion.
15.4. Force Majeure: Except for the payment of fees to Dr.Job, neither of the parties to these Terms of Service shall be responsible for the failure to perform or any delay in performance of any obligation hereunder due to labor disturbances, accidents, fires, floods, telecommunications or Internet failures, strikes, wars, riots, rebellions, blockades, acts of government, governmental requirements and regulations or restrictions imposed by law or any other similar conditions beyond the reasonable control of such party. The time for performance of such party shall be extended by the period of such delay.
15.5. Notice: All notices required or permitted to be given under these Terms of Service, shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally or sent by pre-paid telex, telefax or telegram, or mailed first-class, postage pre-paid, by registered or certified mail (notices sent by telex or telefax, or telegram, shall be deemed to have been given on the date sent; those mailed shall be deemed to have been given ten (10) business days after mailing) to the addresses set forth below or to such other address as any party shall designate by notice in writing.
15.6. Headings and Labels: The boldface paragraph headings in these Terms of Service are included for ease of reference only and have no binding effect.
15.7. Integration: These Terms of Service and all documents referenced in these Terms of Service (including the policies listed and available by hyperlink) comprise the entire agreement between you and Drjobs.com with respect to the use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein as well as any conflicting or inconsistent terms in any Website that link to or are linked from the Website.
