. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company hiring policies.
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll administration salary structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance bonuses allowances etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws related to wages and benefits.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Implement policies to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
4. Performance Management & Training
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting employee goals and KPIs.
- Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs.
- Conduct leadership and soft skills training as needed.
5. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor s or master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
