Job Description

Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization. This position is essential for developing strategies that maintain and enhance existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities for business expansion. The BDE will work closely with various departments to leverage customer data and insights ensuring that targeted marketing and sales initiatives resonate with the intended audience. By fostering strong relationships and understanding customer needs the BDE contributes to increasing sales and improving overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of CRM tools to effectively manage the customer lifecycle and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Conduct regular followups with clients to ensure continued engagement.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product development based on customer needs.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by management.
  • Manage client accounts ensuring timely renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Report on sales activities and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in CRM.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and practices.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
  • Certification in sales or business development is a plus.
