The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating the outbound business from domestic and international market and selling the technology services and resources to the B2B and B2C clients. This role involves direct communication with potential customers and channel partners through various channels such as emails WhatsApp and calls. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand customer needs address queries and provide solution to drive sales and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:
1.) Lead generation using LinkedIn/ Clutch and such other platforms and hunting clients from the US market directly
2.) B2B and B2C Dedicated Resource Hiring
3.) Process of placing the dedicated resources from bench as well as external vendors
4.) Establish partnership with vendors for fulfilling resource shortage and supplying resources to them as needed.
5.) Process from Data Sping > Lead Generation > Lead Nurture > Data and CV management > Interview setup and followups > Resource onboarding > Extending team members in client project
6.) Working experience in servicebased IT company in Pre sales
7.) Cold email and Cold Call experience in International
7.) Technical knowledge of the trending technologies and basic understanding of web development and project workflow
