Job Description
Job Description: Manager IT (70% System Implementation and 30% Hardware)
Develop and execute the overall IT strategy
Lead mentor and manage the IT department
Oversee the planning implementation and execution of IT projects
Develop and manage IT budgets ensuring costeffective allocation of resources
Monitor evaluate and develop the performance of existing and new IT systems
Lead efforts to develop and enforce security protocols policies and procedures
Manage relationships with IT vendors service providers and contractors
Negotiate contracts and servicelevel agreements (SLAs)
Work closely with cross functional departments
Build and maintain a skilled IT team
Lead the integration of new systems and technologies
Drive automation and process improvement across the organization.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering.
A Masters degree or relevant certifications
Work Experience
Minimum of 10 12 years of experience in IT field (Working in an EPC or engineering industry) and

Elevator industry experience will be preferred.
