Job Description
- Manage the organization s entire IT infrastructure including networking hardware servers and data storage solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization s business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions to meet company goals.
- Provide executivelevel leadership for all IT operations including SAP networking hardware and software development.
- Lead the SAP team in the implementation management and troubleshooting of all SAP systems ensuring efficient performance and integration with other business systems.
- Oversee the development and customization of SAP solutions using ABAP and BAPI to optimize business processes.
- Ensure the smooth operation of internal and external networks including VPNs LANs and WANs.
- Implement and manage network security protocols to protect data applications and infrastructure from potential security breaches.
- Lead mentor and manage a highperformance IT team across all technical domains.
- Ensure the IT team is aligned with business objectives and keeps pace with new technological advancements.
- Prepare and manage the IT department s budget ensuring that all IT investments align with business priorities.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
