You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to join our leadership team. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization including talent acquisition employee development performance management and strategic workforce planning. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to ensure alignment with business objectives while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all HR functions for the organization including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management training & development compensation & benefits and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals and objectives.
Oversee the talent acquisition process and ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management by providing HR insights and recommendations on organizational development and workforce planning.
Lead the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Prepare and manage the HR budget and oversee HRrelated costs and expenditures.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team ensuring effective HR operations and service delivery.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Proven ability to drive organizational change and improve employee performance and engagement.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in handling highvolume recruitment employee relations and conflict resolution.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
