Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
We are a hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 13 years of experience in IT sales SaaSbased product sales or a similar domain. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving business growth through lead generation cold calling and managing relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and technology who has worked in a servicebased IT company or has experience selling SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & New Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales cold calling and networking.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines by engaging with potential clients through various channels including email campaigns LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Research and target prospects in IT services and SaaS markets ensuring alignment with the companys offerings.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals with a focus on developing longterm client relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations presentations and negotiations to close sales with clients.
- Bidding & Proposal Creation:
- Prepare and submit proposals bids and RFPs on various portals (e.g. Upwork Freelancer etc.).
- Market Research & Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on market trends competitor analysis and emerging opportunities in the IT and SaaS sectors.
- Leverage market insights to refine sales approaches and strategies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 13 years of experience in business development or sales particularly in IT services or SaaSbased products.
- Proven track record in lead generation cold calling and closing sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services SaaS products and the technology landscape.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or a related field.
