Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage them effectively.
- Present and promote products or services over the phone.
- Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customers.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or queries efficiently.
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve services.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team as needed.
- Stay informed about product details and updates.
- Utilize scripts and call structures while maintaining flexibility.
- Participate in training sessions to improve calling techniques.
- Report on call outcomes and insights to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in a telecalling or customer support role.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a must (e.g. Hindi English Marathi).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
