Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients via phone calls and provide detailed information about gym services.
- Promote membership packages and special offers to entice signups.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Answer inquiries regarding facilities classes and membership benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM software.
- Schedule fitness consultations and trials for interested clients.
- Provide assistance to existing members with their queries and concerns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of fitness trends and gym management.
- Collect feedback from potential clients to improve service offerings.
- Train and mentor new Telecallers in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage customer relationships effectively to encourage wordofmouth referrals.
- Resolve any conflicts or complaints effectively and professionally.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications marketing or fitness preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of gym services and the fitness market.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections from prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suites.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
