Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to inform them about educational programs.
- Handle inbound queries and provide detailed program information.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential leads.
- Follow up with leads and track progress to conversion.
- Explain enrollment processes and assist customers with questions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective telemarketing.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes.
- Address customer complaints and provides solutions promptly.
- Promote special programs or events and their importance.
- Prepare weekly reports on call metrics and success rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Build rapport and trust with potential students and families.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Stay updated with information about the institutions offerings and changes.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
