Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries while providing accurate information.
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers throughout each interaction.
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Document call details efficiently and update customer information in the database.

- Achieve daily weekly and monthly call targets as set by management.
- Provide product knowledge and answer all customer inquiries.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling customer service or salesoriented roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
