Job Opening: IT Product Coordinator
Our client an IT Technology & Services Management MNC is seeking an experienced IT Product Coordinator to support the operation and development of small enhancements for businessmanaged applications. The successful candidate will assume internal product responsibility for designated IT products or product groups facilitate communication between various teams manage budgeting and vendor relationships and provide user support. The role is based in Hiranandani Garden Powai and candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support the operation and development of small enhancements for businessmanaged applications.
- Assume internal product responsibility for designated IT products or product groups.
- Facilitate communication between various teams to align project objectives and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage budgeting and vendor relationships related to IT products and services.
- Provide user support by acting as a liaison between users and the product teams.
- Assist with project management office (PMO) functions to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain documentation related to product management application enhancements and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a coordination or product management role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and vendor management processes.
- Familiarity with product management principles and application lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of application development processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach.
Nice to have:
- Good communication skills with German at minimum B1 level
- Experience as an IT Project Manager
- Indepth project finance knowledge
Behavioral Skills:
- Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills relevant to the role.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
- Ability to direct and guide teams as relevant

Technical Skill'- Experience in designing Java applications. Strong experience in creating front-end layers of software in Java technology: Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring - Expert understanding in SOA, ESB, Messaging, Event Processing technologies - Experience with relational and non-relational dbs like SQL Server, My SQL, Casandra or Mongo Redis/mem-cached for implementing caching solutions - Experience in AGILE (SCRUM) methodology and ability to define product life cycle - Strong foundation knowledge around integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Storm, Kafka etc. - Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences Secondary Skills: ----- " Need to work closely with Business and Technical Stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements.
