Overview:
The Telemarketer/Cold Caller plays a crucial role in our organization by directly engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote products or services. They are responsible for initiating sales calls building rapport with prospects and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Engage in cold calling to introduce products/services
- Follow call scripts and handle objections
- Build and maintain a customer database
