We are hiring a Telecaller
*Good communication skills.
* Handle the clients and collect database new clients
* Basic Computer Knowledge
*Cold calling using the given database.
*Monitoring campaign activity and follow up with clients.
*Maintaining Excel database
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
- Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales or inquiries.
Customer Engagement:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products services or campaigns.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions.
Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM or database.
- Document the outcomes of calls and feedback received.
Target Achievement:
- Meet daily weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide solutions that meet customer needs.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to refine strategies.
