The Role
As the Delivery Lead youll be the cornerstone of efforts to grow engagement and impact through the platform. Youll work closely with local authorities businesses and community organisations to ensure the successful delivery of projects that address real community needs. This is a maternity cover role with a fixedterm contract of 912 months reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Authority Management & Support: Be the main point of contact for local authorities including Housing Associations and Councils offering guidance and resolving queries.
- User Engagement: Update users on new platform features best practices and strategies to enhance their experience.
- Onboarding: Lead new authority onboarding ensuring they maximise the platforms benefits from day one.
- User Groups: Organise and facilitate bimonthly sessions to support users and share insights.
- Platform Growth: Drive user engagement onboard more community organisations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Data Insights: Use analytics to monitor engagement identify trends and share actionable recommendations.
- Problem Resolution: Address user issues promptly and effectively working with internal teams to resolve technical queries.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in account or relationship management ideally in SaaS digital platforms or social value environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Project Management: Organised and proactive capable of managing multiple users and projects.
- Growth Mindset: History of driving platform engagement and community growth.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to resolving issues and meeting user needs.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with CRM systems or analytics tools is a bonus.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of social value and public sector procurement.
- Experience in community engagement or social impact initiatives.
