Job Description

Orange Cyberdefense is the expert cyber security business unit of the Orange Group providing security consulting solutions and services to organisations around the globe. We strive to protect freedom and build a safer digital society. We are looking for a Internal Account Managerto join our team in the UK on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working as a InternalAccount Manager

The role of the Internal Account Manager is to provide support to the sales teams and support with providing quotations to existing and prospective clients supporting where needed with live opportunities and ensuring that sales forecasting actions are being managed where needed.

The role is also responsible for managing the order process and ensuring all relevant teams and departments are aligned and that orders are processed in a timely fashion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing pricing for Orange Cyberdefense clients and prospects; covering Managed Security Services (MSS) Technology related sales and Professional Services for both new business and renewals.
  • Sales administration support in connection with the External Sales team with the end goal to widen the range of Orange Cyberdefense solutions offered to end customers.
  • Playing a key supporting role in the Sales cycle with External Sales from preparation to deal completion qualification deal reg quoting negotiating cost savings order processing and general account management duties.
  • Proactively and regularly contacting External sales to discuss forecasting next actions within the Sales cycle and specific needs in connection with live opportunities.
  • Managing the order process quote generation and weekly forecasts using our CRM tool Salesforce.com.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and Orange Cyberdefense services and solutions portfolio.

What we expect of you:

  • Previous sales support experience ideally in Technology environment
  • Strong communication skills with good telephone manner
  • An understanding of margin retention
  • Systems skills to includes Salesforce.com and MS products
  • An ability to confidently build working relationships
  • An ability to identify potential sales opportunities
  • An ability to work under pressure
