The Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Client Account Managerto join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 23 years of corporate FX sales experience ready to step into a client management position. As a Client Account Manager you will manage a core book of clients and responsible to reactivate approximately 500 nontrading clients and work on building a robust pipeline of business.
Youll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by securing referrals enhancing account management and expanding your book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Manage a portfolio of smaller corporate clients providing them with tailored foreign exchange solutions.
Client Reactivation: Engage with approximately 300 nontrading clients to reactivate relationships fostering longterm loyalty.
Pipeline Building: Actively build a pipeline of new business opportunities and generate referrals from existing clients.
Sales Process Execution: Apply a solid understanding of the FX sales process and market dynamics to structure and close deals.
FX Pricing: Utilise pricing knowledge to deliver competitive foreign exchange rates to clients ensuring profitability.
Account Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships offering consistent support and guidance on currency risk management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Dealing Director and senior team members to refine strategies for client engagement and growth.
