We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Managerto join our Group Account Managementteam in London!
Salary Range: 60.000 70.000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
About the job:
Itsa great opportunity to work across a variety of igaming products within one ofthe fastest growing companies inside the industry.
What youll get to do:
To offer businesssupport and marketing advise for the assigned clients;
To work withclients in optimizing ROI across gaming products;
To collect verifyand rank clients nontechnical and technical requirements for new productfeatures and functions;
To present newproduct upgrades and functionality and to ensure clients have an understandingof the product development road map;
To work withclients to ensure the continual improvement of all aspects of the service forall parties;
To assure theconfidence of your customers and build long term relationships;
To act as aninternal advocate for the client;
To generate ideason the development of the platform and products while also providing feedbackfor assisting in the continuous development of the service;
To conducttraining sessions on the company products and platforms with new clients; Toreview and analyze data in order to identify key usage trends;
To efficientlycooperate with almost all of the internal teams: from Legal ComplianceFinance Marketing development department to existing Support teams;
To keep trackfollow up and proactively update the clients on the status of open issues andrequests;
To make sureclients are informed about the important technical and nontechnical changes inthe company affecting their business.
What you need to shine:
Genuine interestin online gaming and a good understanding of the industry;
A tenaciouspersonality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results;
Excellent Englishwritten and verbal communication skills;
Excellentlistening negotiation and presentation skills;
A minimum of 5years experience within the iGaming industry ideally within a relationshipmanagement or commercial role;
Previousexperience in B2B in a Gaming development company is required preferablyiGaming platforms offering multiple verticals;
Strategic andbusinessdriven;
Ability toprioritize among competing tasks;
Critical thinkingand problemsolving skills;
Attention todetail and adherence to deadlines;
Experience indatabased performance analysis reporting and statistics;
Advanced skills inall Microsoft applications good learning skills for internal applications.
