What is Noda
Noda is reshaping online payments allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK EU and Canada (Australia up next!) were seeking a talentedAccount Managerto be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Taking care of existing accounts with tasks such as onboarding document collection and further upselling;
- Attending to clients needs;
- Discovering opportunities to crosssell new products developed by Noda;
- Visiting conferences scheduling offline meetings with your merchants.
What are your skills and experience:
- 23 years of similar work experience in B2B fintech companies (ideally payments/card processing);
- Upselling experience and the ability to discover mutually beneficial opportunities for crossselling;
- Native or bilingual level ofRussian English at professional proficiency (both are musthave);
- Skilled at creating longlasting successful business relations;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Meticulousness with data ready to do the necessary routine work to maintain various data bases (Excel tables);
- Skilled at processing information into highquality yet easytodigest reports;
- Ability to learn fast and work independently.
