Salary Range: xx27.8445.46/hour (based on education and experience)
(shift and weekend differentials available)

Norman Regional Health Systems Inpatient Rehab RN works within the Rehabilitation Center at Norman Regional Health System which is a comprehensive inpatient rehab unit. Our goal is to help our patients get back to living their life. Our team is a group of highly trained professionals that utilize state of the art equipment and have a compassionate service directed spirit. We utilize our Norman Regionals core values of Integrity Communication Attitude Results and Engagement to not only provide excellent care to our patients and their families but to maintain a culture of respect and safety while promoting teamwork as healthcare professionals. RN essential functions include but are not limited to:
- collaboration with other health professionals assessment analyzing assessment data.
- establishing goals planning care strategy establishing priorities of care implementing care.
- delegating tasks safely providing safe direct and indirect nursing care evaluating responses to interventions.
- performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.

- Diploma or Associates Degree (ADN) Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) Preferred
- Previous RN experience in Rehab Preferred
- BLS Required
- ACLS Required
- CRRN Certification Strongly Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Oklahoma
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Oklahoma license must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend.
On Call Requirements : TBD
