Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg (Nights) Company: Confident Staff Solutions Location: Glens Falls NY USA Contract Details: Temporary Confident Staff Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Med Surg Nurse on the night shift. This is a temporary position located in Glens Falls NY. As a Med Surg Nurse you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize your clinical expertise to provide excellent care. Key Responsibilities: Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on disease processes medications and treatments Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of New York Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg setting BLS certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed We are looking for a dedicated and passionate RN who is committed to providing highquality patient care.
