RN STEPDOWN STEPDOWN UNIT NURSE

WHO YOU ARE
You are the transitional care expert guiding patients from critical care to recovery with precision and compassion. Your role in the stepdown unit ensures that patients are stable and wellsupported as they move towards less intensive care. You monitor complex conditions respond to changes in patient status and collaborate with the broader medical team to ensure a smooth transition. Your toolkit Advanced monitoring equipment and a keen ability to notice subtle changes in patient condition ensuring that nothing is overlooked. Your superpower The ability to provide seamless care bridging the gap between the ICU and regular patient care with confidence and skill. Your work ensures that patients recover smoothly and safely with the support they need at every step.

- License: State license as required for job in state
- Certifications: PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) BLS ACLS

- Knowledge: Completion of a Skills Check List
- Experience: With at least 2 year(s) STEPDOWN UNIT NURSE experience in the last 3 years evidenced through a up to date resume (with no gaps the last 7 years).
- Credibility: 3 references
- Vaccinations: Covid 19 vax details (or exemption)
