RN PCU PROGRESSIVE CARE UNIT NURSE

WHO YOU ARE
You are the bridge between critical care and regular medical units providing specialized care for patients who require close monitoring but not full ICU support. In the PCU you manage patients with complex needs ensuring they receive the care required to stabilize and improve. Your role involves monitoring vitals managing medications and providing interventions as needed for patients with fluctuating conditions. You are skilled in handling a wide range of situations from early signs of distress to managing recovery. Your toolkit Cardiac monitors infusion systems and continuous assessments. Your superpowers Acute clinical knowledge quick adaptability and strong communication. You are observant decisive and committed to patient recovery. Every shift you help patients transition toward better health and stability. Thats the balance you bring in progressive care.

- License: State license as required for job in state
- Certifications: PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) BLS ACLS

- Experience: With at least 12 year(s) PROGRESSIVE CARE UNIT NURSE experience in the last 3 years evidenced through a up to date resume (with no gaps the last 7 years).
- Credibility: 3 references
- Vaccinations: Covid 19 vax details (or exemption)
