Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team at a healthcare facility in Glens Falls NY. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care administering medications and monitoring patient progress. This is a temporary to permanent position with the opportunity for a permanent placement based on performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Adhere to all facility policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in the state of New York

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
