Your role involves developing personalized care plans delivering therapeutic interventions and providing education to help patients regain functionality. You are a source of encouragement helping patients overcome physical and emotional challenges as they progress. Your toolkit Rehabilitation exercises patient education materials and adaptive devices. Your superpowers Expertise in postacute care patience and the ability to motivate others. You are compassionate adaptable and skilled in promoting healing. Every step you guide patients through brings them closer to reclaiming their lives. Thats the care you deliver in rehabilitation nursing.

- Licensed: State license as required for the job
