Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg unit you will be responsible for providing highquality and compassionate care to patients who are recovering from various medical conditions or undergoing surgical procedures. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans. This is a night shift position with 12hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Maryland

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Med Surg unit

BLS and ACLS certifications

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medicalsurgical nursing principles

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to work night shifts and weekends as needed

Contract Details:
