Job Description
Confident Staff Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a temporary basis in Lubbock TX. As a Registered Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the wellbeing of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fastpaced and highstress environment
Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
BLS/CPR certification
