Your focus is on longterm healing supporting those recovering from injuries surgeries or chronic conditions. Your role involves developing personalized care plans delivering therapeutic interventions and providing education to help patients regain functionality. You are a source of encouragement helping patients overcome physical and emotional challenges as they progress. Your toolkit Rehabilitation exercises patient education materials and adaptive devices. - Experience: With at least 1 2 year(s) REHABILITATION NURSE experience in the last 3 years evidenced through a up to date resume (with no gaps the last 7 years).
- Credibility: 3 references
- Vaccinations: Covid 19 vax details (or exemption)
