Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: Nairobi

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling Recruitment Business Outsourcing Training HR Consultancy Payroll Processing and Psychometric & Personality Testing services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record in HR services and excels in building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Proposal Development and Presentation:
    • Create and present customized proposals.
    • Deliver sales pitches and negotiate to close deals.
  4. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track sales performance and provide insights on market trends.
    • Manage sales activities using CRM tools.
  6. Crossfunctional Collaboration:
    • Work with operations HR and training teams for seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in internal strategy meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing HR or related field.
  • 35 years of B2B sales experience in Recruitment Outsourcing HR Consultancy and related services.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence decisionmakers.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and a team player.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of HR services and processes.
