Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling Recruitment Business Outsourcing Training HR Consultancy Payroll Processing and Psychometric & Personality Testing services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record in HR services and excels in building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Create and present customized proposals.
- Deliver sales pitches and negotiate to close deals.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance and provide insights on market trends.
- Manage sales activities using CRM tools.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Work with operations HR and training teams for seamless service delivery.
- Participate in internal strategy meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing HR or related field.
- 35 years of B2B sales experience in Recruitment Outsourcing HR Consultancy and related services.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets.

- Ability to engage and influence decisionmakers.
