Job Title: Remote Sales Assistant
Location: Remote (Global PST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM PST
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The sales assistant will be an integral part of our team handling responsibilities that support outbound sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to grow their skills in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Qualifying and disqualifying leads for senior sales team members.
- Using AI language bots to prepare sales assets for Sales team members (working to preprepared templates).
- Working in various outbound sales apps helping to keep outbound systems operational.
- Working to new objectives set with new outbound initiatives customized according to customer types.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Extensive work in lead databases. Cleaning and maintaining databases. Loading leads for outbound comms.
- Integrating various software outputs with outbound communication software to help personalize outbound comms.
- Assistant with CRM management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with other remote team members and participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support and share best practices with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive remote work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A natural aptitude for learning new software. We use CRM software online communication tools etc. You dont need to know them you just need a talent for them.
- Knowledge of Lead Scraping tools is preferred.
