Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Agent you ll play a crucial role in connecting businesses with transformative mental health solutions. This position offers a unique blend of sales expertise and meaningful impact as you ll be promoting services that genuinely improve people s lives. You ll manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals targeting HR departments in various enterprises. This role is perfect for a selfstarter who thrives on building relationships values personal growth and is passionate about contributing to positive workplace cultures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to HR departments in the greater Denver area and surrounding states
- Qualify leads and generate interest in workplace mental health training workshops
- Schedule appointments with key decisionmakers for client presentations
- Close deals for training sessions ranging from onehour to threehour workshops
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to successful closure
- Achieve a daily target of approximately 50 phone calls
- Coordinate with the client on availability and scheduling of training sessions
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in the provided CRM system
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies
Requirements
- 23 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales
- Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
- Strong selfmotivation and effective time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and salesrelated software
- Genuine interest in personal development and workplace mental health
- Ability to work parttime 4 hours daily (9 AM to 1 PM Mountain Time) 5 days a week
- Adaptability to work independently in a remote setting
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on mental health trends
- Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced sales environment
