In the role you will address omnichannel requests by customers seeking clear information on our clients products and services. You will be the point of contact for accurately processing individual and batch orders. You will also have the chance to handle marketing tasks if its part of your career bucket list.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Receive inbound requests via omnichannel (e.g. chat email and voice)
  • Ensure accurate responses to customers and partners product and service inquiries
  • Process individual and batch orders and issue credit memos
  • Work closely with the client to create a database of commonly asked questions
  • Promote upsell and provide the highest level of process nuances and customer satisfaction in every chat SMS and voice interaction
  • Work directly with the clients contact person under our management teams supervision
  • Ensure all IT systems meet the guidelines when accessing the clients ecommerce platform and direct resources
  • Create a global team environment that allows a feedback loop for growth and opportunities (e.g. integrating cloudbased systems such as Zendesk Salesforce Slack and other channels)
  • Run social media posts and hashtags according to the marketing plan if necessary
  • Provide basic admin tasks when inbound requests allow idle time between interactions (e.g. isting in social media posts online research outbound calls and other entrylevel work)
  • Crosstrain to learn the entire teams roles
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as igned within your scope of practice

What You Must Possess

  • Two years of customer service and BPO experience
  • Experience working with ecommerce processes (highly preferred)
  • Effective oral and written communication in English and Filipino
  • Advanced proficiency in using Excel
  • Strong problemsolving and organizational ss
  • Excellent time management
  • Superior multitasking
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Selfmotivated and independent attitude
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and colleagues
