Unity Communications is seeking a Senior ESS Manager with strong interpersonal and technical skills. In this role youll oversee development performance management and employee relations initiatives. Youll be crucial in ensuring employees are engaged motivated and equipped with the resources they need to succeed.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Lead the ESS Team and spearhead the development and management of policies programs and systems
  • Develop and implement ESS strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with legal ethical and regulatory standards
  • Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of ESS services and solutions such as performance management training and development retention compensation and benefits employee relations and diversity and inclusion
  • Manage the ESS budget resources and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze ESS metrics and trends to report on the impact of ESS initiatives
  • Lead and participate in ESS projects and change management initiatives
  • Oversee the integration of HR technology solutions
  • Oversee the procurement process for timely deliverables
  • Leverage data analytics and automation tools to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to align ESS initiatives with business objectives and help further employee wellbeing and engagement
  • Anticipate HR risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Report on current ongoing and pending items to the Board of Directors

What You Must Possess

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience and five years in senior management
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles practices laws and regulations
  • Strategic mindset and ability to make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Capacity to lead and develop highperforming ESS team members
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
