IMPORTANT: You must have Project Management in Building Services experience to be considered for this role.
We are a building services engineering consultancy founded on the tenets of time cost quality & repeat.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project coordination and related communications
- Review and quality control of MEP design works by subcontractors
- Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Estimating the project budget and preparing proposals
- Keeping track of RFIs and communicating with clients and engineers
- Making follow up and keeping track of submitted proposals
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Complete administration tasks on time
- Meeting project and client deadlines
- Dealing with clients subcontractors and other parties professionally at all times
- Quality assurance of work done by the subcontractors
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or similar Engineering
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in MEP project engineering/ management/ coordination
SKILLS:
- Possess indepth knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical Electrical Hydraulics and Fire).
- Good knowledge and experience of working with AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 50000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

10. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
