Job Description
Job Summary:
Advanstar Company Inc. is currently seeking a qualified and registered Occupational Medicine Physician with an active PRC License to join our team as a Retainer MD. The selected candidate will provide occupational health services, with a focus on promoting and maintaining the well-being, safety, and productivity of employees within our organization. This role is ideal for a physician experienced in occupational medicine who is looking to work on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct medical examinations and provide preventive healthcare services for employees.
Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
Advise management on employee health and safety practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide guidance on improving workplace health conditions.
Collaborate with other health and safety professionals to implement wellness programs.
Requirements:
Must hold an active PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) License in Medicine.
Previous experience in occupational or industrial medicine is preferred.
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee health concerns.
Work Schedule:
Day: Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday of each month)
Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Rate: PHP 500 per hour (net)
