Responsibilities and Duties:
Build and manage close relationships with B2B toptier clients.
Represent the Commercial Team within the wider gaming industry with authority knowhow and professionalism at all times
Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Work closely with Product and Project Management to secure shipping quotas.
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive analysis and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
Monitor and exploit expansion opportunities in the territory or assigned markets.
Manage multiple B2B clients in a professional and organized manner with regular client review meetings backlogs of client requirements and uptodate client documentation.
Work with clients to compile data and insights to assess product performance compared to competitors.
Ensure clients are optimizing offerings through close collaboration and assistance.
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through a combination of new customer acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
Deliver client revenues in line with company forecasts.
Develop new business initiatives with existing clients to extend revenues.
Profile Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account or commercial management roles within the gaming industry covering areas such as sales finance operations product or project management.
At least 3 years of experience specifically in the gaming or related industries.
Extensive network of contacts and established relationships within the gaming sector.
Proven track record of supporting key account growing business portfolios and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with executives peers and associates.
