Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
- Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates through job boards social media referrals and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in designing and implementing interview questions and assessment methods.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct background checks and verify references as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain relationships with past applicants and build a talent pipeline.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Track key hiring metrics such as timetohire and source effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and legal requirements.
