Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR & Payroll Management Sales Industrial Sales or B2B Sales
Salary: 25000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Software Skills: Proficiency in Zoho RecruitPeoplePayroll and other Zoho applications
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Payroll Management Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling HR and payroll solutions to industrial clients excellent negotiation skills and expertise in Zoho CRM for sales tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire industrial clients for HR & Payroll Management Services (staffing compliance payroll outsourcing).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure longterm partnerships.
Use Zoho CRM to track leads sales progress and generate reports.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and client acquisition.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends in Chennai.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
