- Strong working experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret engagement metrics.
- Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and improving employee wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees at all levels.
- Uptodate knowledge of industry best practices in employee engagement and HR strategies.
- Experience working in a fastpaced corporate environment with diverse teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment increase employee satisfaction and improve retention.
- Track assess and interpret key employee engagement data to derive actionable insights.
- Work closely with leadership and HR teams to develop programs that enrich employee experience and wellbeing.
- Research and adopt the latest best practices in employee engagement to maintain a cuttingedge approach.
- Encourage transparent communication across teams to drive collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Develop and oversee surveys focus groups and other feedback tools to understand employee sentiments and address concerns proactively.

Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
