Job Description
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process ensuring that Lorien Finance attracts top talent to support our business objectives. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can handle multiple hiring needs in a dynamic environment.
Talent Acquisition:
Source screen and evaluate candidates for various roles across departments.
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Leverage social media job boards and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to attract candidates.
Recruitment Strategy:
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract highquality talent.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Candidate Management:
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations:
Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Professional Experience:
12 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the financial or tech industry.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
