Job Description
Profile: HR Executive
Salary: 15k to 20k
Scope: The HR Executive will report to HR Manager. He will be responsible for overall Human Resources related activity & Admin Activities of Branches and Network. He will be responsible for meetings & training. Also he will take daily feedback from Team & Network.
Roles and Responsibilities Of HR Executive
HR Manager is overall responsible for:
- Hiring Activities Planning & Execution.
- Employee satisfaction & Welfare Activities
- Employee Progress & Appraisals & Incentives
- Coordinations with Branches and Network & Departments
- Tracking of Employee Data Interview data & Compliances
- Observing and analyzing Manpower activities
- Ensuring Smooth operations and availability Manpower at Network
- Training and Motivation of Team
- Controlling Discipline & take actions against it
- Ensuring Company Culture Values & Ethos in Team
- Ensuring Decorum and Maintenance of Branch
- Tie Ups with Consultancies & Educational Institutions
HRE handles the manpower team comprising of:
- Admin Team
- Maintenance Team
HR,HR Administration,Recruiting,Employee Engagement,Welfare Activities,Coordinating Skills
