Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 13 Years
  • Extensive working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Taleo) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a solutionoriented mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with leadership and employees.
  • Passionate about employee engagement and workplace culture enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving aptitude with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a resultsdriven team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to promote a productive and conflictfree workplace.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated topics such as leaves compensation and workplace concerns.
  • Assist in performance management initiatives including quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Promote initiatives to enhance job satisfaction including teambuilding activities benefits and perks.
  • Improve employee and manager performance through coaching counseling and problem resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records in electronic and paper format.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws by staying updated on regulations and advising management on required actions.
  • Protect confidential employee information and uphold HR best practices.
  • Gather and analyze key HR metrics such as timetohire employee turnover and performance trends.
  • Prepare reports on HR data and trends to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating HR projects timelines and resolving concerns.
  • Lead and contribute to special HR projects ensuring successful execution and implementation.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
