REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 13 Years
- Extensive working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. employment laws and compliance requirements
- Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Taleo) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a solutionoriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with leadership and employees.
- Passionate about employee engagement and workplace culture enhancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to promote a productive and conflictfree workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated topics such as leaves compensation and workplace concerns.
- Assist in performance management initiatives including quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Promote initiatives to enhance job satisfaction including teambuilding activities benefits and perks.
- Improve employee and manager performance through coaching counseling and problem resolution.
- Maintain and update employee records in electronic and paper format.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws by staying updated on regulations and advising management on required actions.
- Protect confidential employee information and uphold HR best practices.
- Gather and analyze key HR metrics such as timetohire employee turnover and performance trends.
- Prepare reports on HR data and trends to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating HR projects timelines and resolving concerns.
- Lead and contribute to special HR projects ensuring successful execution and implementation.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
