Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter cum Trainer to join our growing ecommerce team. The role involves managing endtoend recruitment processes to attract top talent while also designing and conducting effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. The ideal candidate should be proactive resourceful and passionate about fostering a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to ecommerce roles.
- Utilize various platforms (job portals social media and networking) to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Training & Development:
- Design and conduct training sessions including onboarding skill development and rolespecific training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Create learning materials presentations and training modules.
- Continuously improve training programs based on industry trends and employee feedback.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in organizing teambuilding activities and employee recognition programs.
Performance Evaluation & Support:
- Support performance management processes including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees for career development.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment and training preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies training methodologies and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fastpaced ecommerce or startup environment.
- Creative approach to talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
