Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Business Growth and Opportunity Identification
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in target markets and verticals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company s customer base.
  • Monitor industry trends competitive landscape and market developments to inform strategy.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/crosssell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings presentations and followups to address their evolving needs.

3. Partnership Development

  • Identify and establish partnerships with organizations aligned with the company s offerings such as VC firms agencies and other technology providers.
  • Develop cobranded initiatives joint ventures or whitelabel agreements to expand market reach.

4. Sales and Negotiation

  • Lead the endtoend sales process including prospecting qualification proposal development negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. technical design operations) to develop solutions and ensure smooth project handovers.

5. Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and report key performance metrics including lead conversion revenue growth and client retention.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize business development strategies.


Requirements


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 35 years of proven experience in business development sales or account management ideally in the technology or software industry.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of custom software development and/or software services AI technologies.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
