Responsibilities
1. Business Growth and Opportunity Identification
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in target markets and verticals.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company s customer base.
- Monitor industry trends competitive landscape and market developments to inform strategy.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/crosssell opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings presentations and followups to address their evolving needs.
3. Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with organizations aligned with the company s offerings such as VC firms agencies and other technology providers.
- Develop cobranded initiatives joint ventures or whitelabel agreements to expand market reach.
4. Sales and Negotiation
- Lead the endtoend sales process including prospecting qualification proposal development negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. technical design operations) to develop solutions and ensure smooth project handovers.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report key performance metrics including lead conversion revenue growth and client retention.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize business development strategies.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 35 years of proven experience in business development sales or account management ideally in the technology or software industry.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of custom software development and/or software services AI technologies.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
