Job Description: Business Development Manager/Executive Corporate Sales
Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive for Corporate Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with key corporate clients and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand the company s customer base negotiate deals and enhance profitability through targeted sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product and operations) to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships with corporate partners.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for corporate clients and address their concerns promptly.
Sales Execution
- Conduct presentations product demonstrations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and contracts.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance pipeline status and market opportunities to senior management.
- Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Collaboration & Crossfunctional Work
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the product team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated for product enhancements.
- Participate in corporate events trade shows and networking activities to promote the brand and acquire leads.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in B2B sales corporate sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes CRM tools and corporate markets.
