1) Assistant Manager :
As a Corporate Finance Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's M&A and IPO activities. You will work collaboratively with senior team members to analyze financial data detailed comparative analysis perform valuation assessments and aid in the strategic planning and execution of transactions.
Your job responsibilities will include
Collaborate on M&A transactions including due diligence financial modeling and the preparation of presentation materials.
Assist in the information gathering for IPO related documents including drafting prospectuses and coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
Assist in financial analysis industry research and comparative company assessments to support strategic decisionmaking.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Peer Review Analysis
IPO Preparation
Management Information Systems (MIS)
Semi Qualified CA OR MBA Finance
