Online Shahar is an ecommerce service provider that bridges the gap between manufacturers/distributors and ecommerce platforms. We specialize in enhancing sales by
managing various aspects such as ecommerce account handling photography cataloguing listing new seller registration and online promotions.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in business development or sales with a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients including manufacturers and distributors to expand Online Shahars client base.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong longlasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored ecommerce solutions.
  • Promote Online Shahars Services: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services including account management photography cataloging and online promotions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered efficiently.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the ecommerce sector to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective business development strategies.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Experience: 12 years of experience in business development sales or a related role preferably within the ecommerce industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

SelfMotivation: Highly motivated with a resultsoriented approach and the ability to work independently.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
