Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven New Business Development Manager/Director to join our team. In this hunter role you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop net new clients with a focus on Infrastructure and Cybersecurity services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while ensuring effective stakeholder management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers across various industries.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver customized service solutions.
- Travel extensively within the region (up to 60%) to meet clients and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- 810 years of proven sales experience with at least 45 years in the USA.
- Expertise in selling Cybersecurity or Infrastructure services.
- Experience working with offshore delivery models and servicebased organizations is essential.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a strategic approach to client engagement.
- Familiarity with BFSI Healthcare Retail Media Nonprofits Travel and Transport industries is highly desirable.
